Enhanced reports and tools for Tax Credits and Incentives clients

You're just a click away from a snapshot of this month's results. A few clicks more and you can download as much of the data as you need, or all if it – every new hire you screened. It's all part of the enhanced online reporting functionality for our tax credits and incentives clients.

TALX has offered online reporting for many of our tax credit clients for years. The recent enhancements to our reporting makes it even easier to extract exactly what you need based on data that's refreshed daily.

You are just a click away from a scorecard for the current month so you can see at a glance how well your screening process is working. How many have you screened? How many were eligible for a credit, and what's the dollar amount? How many new hires did you miss, what opportunities have been lost? All the key metrics are there at a glance.

When you need to dig into the details, there are online tools to look at the data by division or region, by location, by category of credit, by year, and many other ways.

You get access to tools that will help make sure credit opportunities don't slip between the cracks and TALX is able to send paperwork to the states for certification in a timely way. For example, you can see a complete list of employees who are on track to reach eligibility based on hours worked, or a list of employees identified as eligible at initial screening, but whose start date hasn't been recorded.

And if you need a PDF or spreadsheet of the raw data, you can generate downloads in either format for any subset of the data you choose, or the entire data set – each and every line for each and every new hire, even if this exceeds the capacity of a single spreadsheet. (You automatically receive multiple spreadsheets if necessary.)
