Jeff Othic – Featured Speaker

Jeff has worked as a Special Agent for the last thirteen years. In addition to his investigative responsibilities, Mr. Othic also serves as the field coordinator for the ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE) program in the St. Louis area. IMAGE is the outreach and education component of the ICE worksite enforcement program that is designed to build cooperative relationships with the private sector to enhance compliance with the immigration laws and reduce the number of unauthorized aliens within the American workforce.
Mr. Othic started his law enforcement career over nineteen years ago as a Police Officer and has also served as a United States Border Patrol Agent. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Central Missouri. |

Francine Hill – Featured Speaker
Deputy Chief, Outreach Branch, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

Francine Hill serves as the Deputy Chief, of the Outreach Branch, Verification Division within U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Outreach Branch is responsible for educating government, state, public and private employers on the E-Verify and SAVE Programs. Prior to joining the Verification Division in May 2007, Ms. Hill worked for the federal government for many years, where she has held a variety of Analyst positions in law enforcement, program training and customer service activities. At USCIS, she has worked for the Office of Information and Customer Service and provided guidance and resolution to USCIS clients with complex or problem immigration case matters from the White House, Executive Secretariat and Ombudsman Office. Prior to joining USCIS in 2003 Francine worked at the Department of Justice, U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Witness Security Division as an Operations Analyst.
